Let's pretend you want to organize an exhibition stand and have already booked your space.

1. Tell us what your company is focusing on at the show.

2. Tell us what you would like to see at your stand. (Coffee bar, storage room, workstations, more visual branding spaces or technologies)

3. Tell us your allocated budget for us to understand how crazy we can go with the design (Remember. The Sky is the limit)

4. We will present you with the design of the stand and will provide you with A-Z costing for your participation.

5. After the agreement we will prepare technical drawings and will submit all necessary forms to the organizer.

6. We will show you a mock-up of your stand during the production stage.

7. Build-up will be very easy for you. We will constantly send you photos of the current progress.

8. Once the stand is built (usually 1 day before the end of the build-up) you can come and check it yourself.

9. On the day of the show opening we will ask you to sign the handover form and will give you a special rubber duck 🙂

Our base is located in The UAE and this is where we are super strong. We are still able to service our clients around the globe because of the connections that we have developed during our careers.
